The Burnside Painting Group holds an Annual Exhibition in August of each year, during the SA Living Artists Festival (SALA).
Members can enter works for exhibition and sale.
Members contributing works for exhibition are also in the running to win one of a series of awards that are presented at the opening event.
This year the Burnside Painting Group Annual Exhibition will run from
Wednesday 25 July to Friday 24 August, 2018.
Key diary dates are:
Selection Day: Thursday 5 July
Members should drop off works they wish to exhibit at the Hall between 9am and 9.30am; then collect them again from 12pm to 1pm.
Entry form, entry labels and conditions of entry are available above.
Hard copies will be available at the hall also. Please read these carefully to ensure your work meets the requirements.
Tuesday 24 July: Set up of the exhibition at the Atrium, Burnside Civic Centre, 401 Greenhill Road, Tusmore.
Thursday 2 August: Opening Event with Awards Presentation
Friday 24 August: Members to collect unsold works from the Atrium from between 9am and 12.30pm.
CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS
We always need volunteers to be available at the Atrium during the exhibition, to talk to prospective new members and sell artworks, etc.
A roster sheet is available at the Hall, so please consider contributing a few hours of your time, and fill your name in the roster.
